Hi, I’m Tiffany!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. I received my Bachelors in Neuroscience (BS) from The University of Pittsburgh in April 2017 and my Masters in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University in August 2020. Throughout my educational career I have had work experience in a multitude of mental health and suicide prevention research studies working with individuals aged 10-60 years old.
As a counselor, I thoroughly enjoy working with teens (18yo+), emerging adults, and adults who may be experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptomatology, and other mental health challenges that could arise during significant life changes. I will help you to identify and understand your unique symptom expression while also integrating skills and techniques you can carry forward in your life to help combat any negative symptoms that may arise in the future. I am also trained in EMDR virtually.
By taking time to learn more about you, your values, your interests, and your interpersonal relationships with others, I am confident we can create achievable goals that resonate with you and your lifestyle. I am a believer that you have the capability and strength inside of you to heal from whatever you are enduring, and with me by your side, I feel that we can build a warm, supportive, and open-minded therapeutic relationship to get you where you want to be. Starting this journey can be intimidating and it’s important you feel comfortable with your chosen therapist. I greatly appreciate the chance to get to know you more and I hope I can support you while you take these positive steps in your life!
